　　新的一學期已經開始，我們進入了三年級的學習階段，隨之新學期的班長競選也開始了。

　　我在上學期的班干部工作中取得了一定的成績，得到了老師和同學們的信任與支持。但是，人并不是十全十美的，在平時的上課當中，我有點不敢大膽舉手發言，總是膽小如鼠，很害怕會出錯，怕同學笑話。現在，我決定在新的學期里改掉這些毛病。爭做一名合格的、優秀的班干部。
